I met Scott when we started working together back in 2023. Right from the start I knew that he was a hard working guy, he didn't take disrespect from nobody, and he was a really good guy. I always felt myself to be a people pleaser; Scott didn't like that very much. He helped me work on that; to stop taking disrespect, while still being a stand-up guy. For two years Scott and I enjoyed "the debate". We often discuss politics, religion, philosophy, anything that came to mind. (I studied philosophy for five years at the U of M) He argued against my perspective, and I his. No matter how heated we became in our arguments, he always finished by saying he loved me and respected my views. I loved that about him. Scott had so many stories. Every other day; it was something new. He was a great story-teller. He intermingled jokes that would just, work. "If this guy was moving any slower, he'd be going backward..." One of my favourites. Scott had a deep affect on my life, and I will never forget his memory. God Bless Scott Murray & The Murray family. - Posted by: Lukas W Bourgouin (Coworkers - Friend) on: Feb 12, 2026

I’m so sorry to hear of Scott’s passing. We went to high school together and spent a lot of time together in our 20’s and 30’s. I will miss Scott, his sense of humour, his love for animals, science and heavy metal. God speed Scott ❤️ - Posted by: Jaime McIntyre (Friend) on: Feb 07, 2026
